caitanya-gosāñira ei tattva-nirūpaṇa
svayaṁ-bhagavān kṛṣṇa vrajendra-nandana
svayaṁ-bhagavān kṛṣṇa vrajendra-nandana

Translation
The conclusion is that Lord Caitanya is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa, the son of the King of Vraja.
