‘ব্রাহ্মণ–পত্নীর ভর্তার হস্তে দেহ দান’ ।
শব্দ শুনিতেই হয় দ্বিতীয়ভর্তা জ্ঞান ॥ ৬৫ ॥

‘brāhmaṇa-patnīra bhartāra haste deha dāna’
śabda śunitei haya dvitīya-bhartā jñāna
śabda śunitei haya dvitīya-bhartā jñāna
Synonyms
Translation
“If someone says, ‘Place this charity in the hand of the husband of the wife of the brāhmaṇa,’ when we hear these contradictory words we immediately understand that the brāhmaṇa’s wife has another husband.
