gaṅgāra mahattva — sādhya, sādhana tāhāra
viṣṇu-pādotpatti — ‘anumāna’ alaṅkāra
viṣṇu-pādotpatti — ‘anumāna’ alaṅkāra

Translation
“The real glory of mother Ganges is that she has grown from the lotus feet of Lord Viṣṇu. Such a hypothesis is another ornament, called anumāna.
